Grasshopper Philms has been blessed to work with some powerful and influential businesses and good wholesome pholks via our over hopping insect bug life...The stories we can tell about the rejections, the NOz! The handshakes, the Yes'es, the sure why nots, the what are you shooting???, the how much are we getting, the that is not enough for me to live off ofs, the how are you going to do all that?, the this seems like a venture - ventures are hard to invest our money into, the I love your work, the anything for a black man reaching his goal, the sign here and then here's, the I'm glad i'm not you, the trials, errors, conflicts and prayers is definitely enough to drive one to publish a magazine called "BOUT DA' BUSINESS". We just decided to design a cover and post our business escalade's on this portion of the website...

Okay, Grasshopper went to NYC Nov.19th-20th. The mission was to purchase a new camera from B&H Photo a great spot for professional video and electronic equipment. Jewish people simply own and operate this establishment. It looked like Santas workshop for a digitally productive world.
While in the NYC we meet up with Kool Keith to pitch an idea for a animated series. We also developed a meeting on 34th and Broadway that led to Grasshopper Philms shooting a music video for Kool Keith track "Keep On Jumpin". This event will take place in December 05'.

See...now what most folks on the outside looking in didn't realize is that we are talented insects here. VERY TALENTED! We have a clothing line of iron on T-shirts with originaly designed graphics. So eventhough each item is good for numerous washes....each time is one step closer to a dull image and a crack or two in the design. Nevertheless, they are hot garments to rock with pride.
The prices are very reasonable:
$15 - $20 dollars (each comes with a business card...wow!)

The Passers By Phamily Reunion 06' was great event held at Gardels celebrating the cast and crew of the motion picture Passers By. This place was expensive to rent! The price of the spot was well worth the effort, talents and time all the actors, actresses and crew gave to Grasshopper Philms philm Passers By. The event was held February 18th 2006.
